Owning a Property and Having a Residence Permit
You can apply to become a Turkish citizen, if you own a property in Turkey and have resided in the country for more than five years (uninterruptedly). Under this program, there is no requirement for the property value.
Note: Student Residence Permits are not eligible for citizenship.
Investing in Turkey – Turkish Citizenship by Investment Program
This is one of the most popular citizenship programs in Turkey. You make an investment in the country and you’re eligible to apply for a citizenship. You will be eligible for a citizenship, if you are married to a Turkish national. However, this application can only be made after three years of marriage.
Note: In case of divorce, your citizenship status will remain unaffected.
You will be a Turkish citizen if you are born in a Turkish family.

There is no specific time period specified for these applications by the Turkish government. However, after you file for citizenship, you can request for updates from the government.
